The Proposal
Current
Delta House is currently a dated and underused office building with a 65% vacancy rate, falling short of modern workspace and environmental standards.
We propose a sensitive and sustainable refurbishment and extension of the building to:
Increase high-quality commercial floor space
Improve sustainability and energy efficiency of the building
Enhance accessibility and modernise facilities
Respect and restore the building's Georgian frontage

Key elements of the proposal include:
A new, modest single-storey rooftop extension
Rationalisation and modest extension to the rear
Full internal refurbishment to meet modern office standards
Redesign of the ground-level shopfront in keeping with the building’s heritage
Creation of high-quality roof terraces for biodiversity and amenity space
